Deflection Clips serve as crucial components for both exterior curtain walls and interior studs. Their primary purpose is to accommodate building structure deflection at the top of the wall. Moreover, they are versatile and suitable for non-load-bearing applications.

DC 3.50 or DC 5.87 Deflection Clip offers multiple attachment methods to the structure. This can be achieved with power actuated fasteners, screws, concrete anchors, or welding, as specified by the engineer of record, and detailed in the engineered shop drawings. In cases where stand-off bridging is necessary, the addition of a steel stud is recommended to bridge the required distance.
